Cancellation of Admission

1. If any candidate who is offered admission does not pay the prescribed fees at the time of admission, his admission will be treated as cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate. Mere presentation of a Cashier Cheque / Demand Draft towards Registration fee / Tuition fee, unless the same is accepted by the College and the due Receipt is issued, will not create or confer any right or interest in favor of the applicant for admission to the post graduate courses in the Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College. The College will not be responsible for any postal delay or delay due to any other reasons in the receipt of the notification of admission of the candidate.


2. The admission offered to the candidate shall be cancelled if later the college finds that the candidate is not eligible for admission due to non-fulfillment of the any of the conditions of admission and any fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded after 30 days. If any information provided by the student in connection with his admission is later at any time found to be incorrect, the student shall be liable to be terminated from the college and all the fees paid by him shall not be refunded.


3. The decision of the Management of Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College in this regard shall be final. The Managing Director of the Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College reserves absolute right to reject all or any of the applications without assigning any reason at any time before a candidate has formally joined the course at the Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College.

Rules for Refund the fees:

Refund of the fees in case of cancellation of admission with written request of the student shall be done as per the following,

Agreement:
The student and his / her parent shall have to execute an agreement with Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, in the prescribed proforma on a stamp paper, at the time of admission.

Important Note:

1. The Fee is to be paid only by Cashier Cheque / Demand Draft drawn in favor of “DYP Worldwide Limited.” payable at Mauritius.

Disputes:
Difference of opinion and any dispute arising in interpretation and implementation of the clauses in this brochure, if any, shall be referred to the Managing Director of Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College and his decision shall be final and binding on all the concerned parties.
