Mrs.Sanjay D.Patil a progressive farmer, the Managing Director of DYP Worldwide Ltd. He is chancellor of D.Y.Patil University, Kolhapur, President of D. Y Patil Education Society and President of D.Y.Patil Pratishthan, Kolhapur. He has been honored for doing outstanding performance in field of Agriculture. He has been awarded by "Vanashree Puraskar" by Govt.of Maharashtra in 1991 and "Indra Priyadarshni Vrikshmitra" by Govt. of India in 1993.He has been honored for doing outstanding contribution in the field of education by "Rashtriya Shikshan Sanman Puraskar" by All India Business and Community Foundation and International Integration & Growth Society,New Delhi."Vidya Bharati Award" by Indian Economic Development & Research Association, Delhi in 2007 and "Kohinoor of India" award in 2008. He is visionary and plans to start various educational institution in various part of world.
